This group is offered to encourage moms to set aside a little time for themselves. Come connect with others while getting creative in a supportive environment.

Mindful Arts Group for Teens
This six week long group will integrate the creative arts to support teenagers to express themselves in a safe and supportive environment, develop communication and coping skills, learn to practice mindful awareness and increase self compassion.
